Campeonato Paranaense - 1ª Divisão: Played since 1915, its history is defined by the Atletiba derby between Coritiba and Athletico, with Coritiba as the record champions. Paraná Clube, created in 1989 through a merger of Curitiba clubs, completed the capital's trio for years, while inland sides such as Londrina, Maringá, Operário and Cascavel gained ground from the 2010s: Maringá reached four finals and Operário Ferroviário, from Ponta Grossa, won the 2025 and 2026 titles. It is one of the state championships with the most balance in recent years between the capital and the interior.
